Final Score: Walcountian Blues 7 - 10 Hitchin The Blues started out strong, using the slope of their pitch to their advantage. Hitchin's attacking force was weakened by the injuries sustained last week and The Blues won the first quarter 2 - 0. During the second quarter, with the slope going their way, Hitchin were able to fight their way back. Some solid defence and clinical finishing meant that Hitchin went into half time 3 - 2 up. After half time, the teams traded a few goals and the quarter finished 5 - 4 to Hitchin. In the final quarter, The Blues levelled the scores and then pulled ahead. Hitchin rallied and brought the scores back level. Some excellent facing and groundball work by Rhod Stanford allowed Hitchin to control posession and score several goals to finish the game off.
