We train on a Wednesday evening from 8-9 on The astro pitch on Fishponds Road in Hitchin.
We also have extra weekly training sessions on a Monday night in Letchworth.
We have classes arranged for Hitchin Lacrosse players and a great rate membership at the Xchange Gym in Hitchin.
